- Breakfast buffet every morning from 8 to 10 am
- Located only 4 blocks from the beach, 6 blocks from the boardwalk.
- Linens are included in apartment rentals
- Parking is on the street (no hassle since we are in the quiet residential Garden section of town.
- Additional person fee is $15
- One night stays are subject to $15 additional charge
- 7% Sales tax and 5% room tax will be applied
- Beach tags available before check in, and after check out.
- Outdoor shower also available check out day.
- Memorial Day weekend is June rates.
- Two night minimum on Summer season weekends and holidays.
- One night stays the full amount will be considered the deposit.
- If cancelled more than 10 days prior to arrival you will receive a full refund minus $20 administration fee. Any reservation canceled less than 10 days before arrival, the full charge will apply.

Upcoming Events

In light of COVID 19 please note that we are taking extra precautions. We have upgraded our disinfecting/sanitizing to include an ultraviolet wand to sanitize frequently touched areas, an ozone/uv lamp system to sanitize rooms, Zep antibacterial disinfectant specifically for the coronavirus and have reworked our buffet for social distancing. As always, we have our hand sanitizer easily accessible for guests, plenty of soap and water, and toilet paper too! : ) . We wish you a safe and happy stay as always and look forward to seeing you!
